Dr. Alfa brings nearly two decades of strategic leadership spanning investment banking, infrastructure finance, and political economy. A Harvard-trained economist and Managing Partner of Vibranium Capital, he has advised leading international institutions such as the World Bank, FCDO, and Adam Smith International on public-sector reform, financial-sector governance, and investment policy frameworks.
Under his leadership, Vibranium Capital evolved from a modest $400,000 seed portfolio into a $200-million+ asset management platform, mobilizing billions of naira in blended-finance instruments across agriculture, solid minerals, and clean energy. As a key technical adviser to the North Central Development Commission (NCDC), Dr. Alfa has been instrumental in building investment pipelines that unlock private capital for Nigeria's frontier sectors.
