We are looking for an Investor Relations & Capital Raising Manager to grow our global investor network and keep our shareholder community engaged as we scale across Europe, Africa, and the US.

What you'll do

  • Source and onboard new investors through outreach, events, partnerships, and your own network
  • Build and manage relationships with our growing shareholder base across 12+ countries
  • Prepare and coordinate investor communications, updates, and reports
  • Support the founding team in fundraising processes and due diligence
  • Maintain investor materials (decks, data rooms, term sheets) and keep them current
  • Represent MobiBank in investor meetings, conferences, and pitch events

You're a great fit if you

  • Have experience in investor relations, capital raising, or fundraising in fintech or startups
  • Know how to find investors and keep them engaged long-term
  • Are comfortable preparing and presenting financial materials
  • Can work independently across time zones with shareholders worldwide
  • Speak English fluently; Finnish, French, or other languages are a plus
  • Are energized by fast-moving, global environments

We built version one. It works. Real bank accounts, real transactions, 30+ features in one app, live across multiple markets. Now we are building the next generation, and we need a full stack developer who wants to own features end to end, from the mobile screen to the backend services behind it.

MobiBank 2.0 is a complete mobile banking experience with AI-powered financial intelligence, crypto and commodity trading, cross-border remittances, and adaptive experiences that work for a professional in Helsinki and a cocoa farmer in Ghana from the same codebase.

What you'll build

  • Core mobile banking in React Native: accounts, payments, transfers, card management, savings pockets with goal tracking and automated rules
  • The backend behind it: APIs, services, and databases powering accounts, transactions, and user data at scale
  • Real-time market integrations: crypto, stocks, commodities, and forex with live trading
  • Cross-border remittance flows with real-time FX and fee comparison
  • Banking API integrations, KYC/AML providers, and payment processor connectivity
  • Smart card spending rules: multi-source funding, AI-driven spending insights

What we're looking for

  • Solid full stack experience: React Native (or equivalent mobile framework) plus backend development in Node.js or similar
  • Comfort designing and consuming APIs, and working with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
  • Experience with financial APIs, payment systems, or banking integrations
  • Comfort with real-time data (WebSockets, streaming market feeds)
  • Understanding of security best practices for financial applications
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM integration is a plus
  • Self-starter mentality. You'll have real ownership from day one
